Donation Receipts - Carbonless Forms are printed in 2 part or 3 part sets that are glued at the top of each 2 or 3 part set. Forms are printed to collect information from donors for thrift store items, monetary gifts, or gifts of services of items for other fundraising efforts. This style of carbonless form is commonly used by non profit organizations, charities, churches, schools and for other fundraising efforts.

SPECIFICATIONS

Available In 4 Sizes: 4.25 x 5.5, 8.5 x 5.5, 8.5 x 11 and 8.5 x 14
2 or 3 part carbonless forms (white/canary or white/canary/pink)
Printed in black ink, one sided (with .25" margins)
20lb white bond paper
Glued in sets of 2 or 3 part at top. Sorry, No booklets or receipt books available.
Sequential numbering offered in Black Ink (6 digits) is available for an additional fee (see prices during checkout). Note: Numbers are 3/16" tall and require a minimum of 1/4" vertical clear space.
