ORDER SUBMISSIONS AND CANCELLATIONS

By using Not For Profit Printing, A Three Leaves, LLC Company website and placing an order, you agree to be held to the following terms and conditions regarding your order submission.

Credit Card or PayPal accounts are charged at the time of order. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.

Your credit card statement will list your order as: "Three Leaves, LLC - Printing"

Tax Exemption - State Tax is charged for orders with a billing address in the state of FL. Nonprofits: please create an account and submit your State Tax Exemption Certificate (DR-14) prior to placing an order. Trade sources: please create an account and submit your FL State Tax Exemption Certificate prior to placing your order. Exemption status will be verified and you will be notified when your account is cleared to order as tax-exempt. Please note that no credits can be issued for tax exempt status on orders that have already been placed.

Since each order is unique to each customer and has no re-sale value, All Sales Are Final. If we verify that we made an error, we will reprint the order and ship to the original shipping address at our expense.

Customers must notify Not For Profit Printing, A Three Leaves, LLC Company, within 5 business days of order acceptance, in writing, to notify of any defects discovered in the ordered product. Please contact customer service for instructions.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF USE

All services provided by Not For Profit Printing, A THREE LEAVES, LLC COMPANY, are subject to Terms and Conditions of use. By viewing or using this website, yourself and the entity you represent (collectively hereinafter referred to as “you”) agree to be bound by all the Terms and Conditions as stated below without modification. CUSTOMER CONTENT

GOVERNING LAW
Not For Profit Printing, A Three Leaves, LLC Company, headquarters are based in Orlando, Florida. Any legal action or proceeding relating to or arising from your access to or use of this Site shall be instituted in Orlando, Florida. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Orlando, Florida courts and agree that venue in these courts is proper in any such legal action or proceeding.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone without disclosing a reason.
